Licensed Conveyancer

Conveyancing

In July 2019, Michelle joined Hamer & Hamer Balgowlah as our licensed conveyancer. Michelle is experienced in all types of property transactions, particularly torrens title and strata residential sales and purchases, off the plan, retirement village sales and purchases, strata subdivisions and mortgages. She also assists with probate matters and in the administration of deceased estates.

Michelle’s approach to matters is to ensure that clients receive comprehensive and practical advice, are kept well informed throughout their matter with prompt and friendly communications and that their transaction proceeds to completion in an uncomplicated and efficient manner.

Should any matters become complicated or contentious, Michelle draws on her experience and also works closely with Murray Hamer, our principal to provide clients with practical options and advice to resolve any issues that arise, in a cost-effective manner.

Michelle enjoys developing on-going client relationships and is also proactive in keeping up to date with changes in legislation, conveyancing law and procedures.

Personal

Outside of work Michelle enjoys travel, softball, walking, gardening, cooking, reading and spending time with friends and family (and her pet Cavoodle). Michelle is also a sponsor of NSW Guide Dogs and an advocate and sponsor for the Cancer Council, participating in fundraising events such as the Melanoma March, Biggest Morning Tea and 7 Bridges Walk to bring awareness and raise funds for research.
